House Rules
- Check out time is 10am
- Maximum 8 people including babies, no exceptions. Extra charge for additional guest if allowed by the owner. no parties. Only guests are allowed in the condo at all times. NO TRAILERS allowed on premises. Strict cancellation policy: 30 days cancellation policy for a full refund, 60 days cancellation policy for event weeks or holidays. $225 Cleaning fee, 12.5% tax and $400 refundable security deposit added to weekly rental rates. Failure to abide by house rules could result in breach of contract and no refund will be issued in cases at the discretion of the owner. You must also acknowledge Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $400
